Ingredients to make Gravy stuffed pyaaz karela

  • 1/4 kg karela
  • 1/4 kg onion slices
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp jera

How to make Gravy stuffed pyaaz karela

  1. Heat in a cadai pour oil mean while
  2. Take carela wash it and cut a single line
  3. These carela is keep in a heated oil
  4. For stuffing:::::Take a mixy jar put onions, tomatoes, curry leaves,garlic,salt,chili powder
  5. Add all those spice's ingredients for make a fine paste
  6. Once karela fried it ....these karela is transferred into a plate
  7. These paste Fri for 2 min
  8. Becoz of raw Ness left
  9. This pyaaz gravy leaves to cadai...
