Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Leftover gobhi aloo veggie 1 katori
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes 3
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Mirch powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Roasted besan 2 tablespoon
  8. Moong sprouted 2 tablespoon
  9. Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
  10. Green chillies chopped 3
  11. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mash the gobhi aloo veggie
  2. Mix boiled & mashed potatoes
  3. Mix all the ingredients neatly
  4. Make small balls
  5. Grease the griller and grill these healthy kababs
  6. Serve it hot with chutney, ketchup or any other dip
