Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1glass basmati rice
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2tsp ginger julians
  4. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1piece.dalchini
  8. 1/4tsp black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Soak d rice for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker
  3. Fry d vadi n keep aside.
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Now add onions lengthwise chopped.
  6. Add ginger julians
  7. Now add vadi.
  8. Put salt.black pepper n turmeric powder.
  9. Now add rice n.1.glass water.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Cook till 1 whistle.
  12. Open & serve hot with curd or raita.
