These yummy spicy raazma tikkies are full of protien and energy.these are made of many vegetables alongwith raazma and served with carrot tomato salad

Raazma tikkies

Ingredients to make Raazma tikkies

  • 1 cup boiled raazma
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 2 tbsp grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 /2 tsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumb
  • oil for frying

How to make Raazma tikkies

  1. Take raazma in mixi and grind it
  2. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  3. Add onion and ginger saute onion
  4. Then add taaza and other vehetables
  5. Cook them
  6. Add besan and spices
  7. Transfer in a bowl and let it cool
  8. Add lemon juice
  9. And coriander leaves
  10. Lastly add bread crumb
  11. Make tikkies
  12. Heat pan and shallow fry them
  13. Serve hot with carrot salad and mayo
