Veg manchurian

Ingredients to make Veg manchurian

  • For manchurian balls-2 cups of finely choped vegetables
  • 2tbsp maida
  • 1-2tbsp cornflour
  • 1tbsp ginger,garlic and green chilli paste
  • 1/2tsp soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  • Warm water as required
  • oil for deep frying
  • For sauce- 1/4cup spring onions(finely chopped)
  • 1tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2tbsps soya sauce
  • 1/2tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2tbsps vinegar
  • 2tbsps tomato sauce
  • 1tbsp cornstarch mized in 3tbsp water
  • 1tsp brown sugar
  • salt as required
  • 1tbsp oil

How to make Veg manchurian

  1. Add all vegetables, maida ,cornflour,ginger garlic and green chilli paste in a bowl .
  2. Add soya sauce,salt,black pepper powder and make balls. Add water as required and fry the balls
  3. Heat oil add ginger garlic and white onion in it .Tauc it.
  4. Now low the flame and add chilli sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,brown sugar into it.
  5. Now add cornstarch init and salt.mix it and boil
  6. Now add balls into it.

My Tip:

If want more gravy add more cornstarch water in it.
