Ingredients to make Capsicum tomato Bhaji

  • 1/4 kg capsicum pieces
  • 1/4 kg tomato pieces
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp salt, chilli powder, coconut,till powder,1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1/4 cup curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]

  1. TILL SHOULD FRI AT SHALLOW
  2. MAKE FINE POWDER
  3. CHOPPED ONION, CAPSICUM, TOMATOES
  4. SALT, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CHILLI POWDER,HALDI, MUSTARD,JERA,CURRY LEAVES
  5. HEAT IN A CADAI POUR 2 TSP OIL ADD MUSTARDS,JERA FRI ITS SPLITTING
  6. ADD ONIONS, FRI IT SHOULD BE IN TRANSPARENT COLOUR
  7. ADD CURRY LEAVES IT GIVES NICE AROMA N FLAVOUR TO THE CURRY
  8. ADD HALDI IT IS A ANTIBIOTIC..AND GIVES COLOUR TO THE CURRY
  9. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM PEICES
  10. ONCE CAPSICUM SHOULD SOFTENING ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES,TILL POWDER ADD IT
  11. MIX UP ALL THOSE COVER LID FOR SOFTENING AND TEXTURE
  12. ADD SALT, COCONUT POWDER
  13. ADD CHILLI POWDER ADD HALF CUP WATER KEEP CONTINUE TO COOK...FOR 2 MIN..THEN TAKE OUT TO A BOWL READY TO SERVE
