Ingredients to make Fenugreek Leaves Chutney

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • salt to taste
  • jeera 1/4 tsp
  • jaggery syrup 1/2 tsp

How to make Fenugreek Leaves Chutney

  1. Wash and chop fenugreek leaves.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in Mixie jar.
  3. Blend fine paste and serve.

My Tip:

Inspite of buttermilk you can use tamarind.
