Khasta kachori

Ingredients to make Khasta kachori

  • all purpose flour 1/2 kg
  • oil 1/2 cup for Dough
  • salt as per taste
  • For Filling
  • White Urad pulses
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • fennel powder 3 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 3 teaspoon
  • amchur powder 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste

How to make Khasta kachori

  1. Soak urad pulses fir 4-5 hours. Then wash it and put it in the strainer.
  2. Take a wok and saute the urad pulses till it is light brown
  3. Then when it cool down grind it in mixer grinder, coarsely
  4. Now in a pan put 1 tablespoon oil and saute all dry masale and ground pulses
  5. Now put oil and salt in all purpose flour and make a soft dough and keep it for 20 minutes
  6. When filling cools down. Then take lemon size ball put 2 teaspoon of filling and roll it
  7. Then on medium flame deep fry and serve it with chutney and aloo veggie

My Tip:

U can store it for a week
