Healthy, tasty & a perfect lunch menu...My daughter's favourite also.Actually she loves the colour of this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ruhi fish pieces...4
  2. Mint leaves...20
  3. Coriander leaves a bunch
  4. Garlic cloves...10
  5. Mustard seeds...1tspn
  6. Poppy seeds...1tspn
  7. Lemon juice...1tspn
  8. Fresh coconut...4tspn
  9. Green chilli...4 ( if needed add more)
  10. Red chilli powder...2tspn
  11. Panch foron seeds...1tspn
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves,poppy seeds, mustard seeds,green chilli, garlic cloves & coconut.
  2. Marinate the fish with salt & red chilli powder & shallow fry it.
  3. Now heat oil , add panch foron seeds & let it crackle.Add green paste & fry it for few minutes.
  4. Add fried fish now & cover it with green gravy.Add 2 cup of hot water.
  5. Cover it & let it cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Its ready now.Serve it with green chilli, lemon slice & off course with tomato & onion slices.
