Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. gram flour 2bowl
  2. curd 1tbsp
  3. malai 1tbsp
  4. salt
  5. sabut dhaniya nd pisa dhaniya1/4tsp
  6. ajwain1/4tsp
  7. kasoori methi 1/4tsp
  8. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  9. red chilli nd degi mirch powder1/4tsp
  10. oil 3tbsp
  11. heeng pinch
  12. chopped onion 2
  13. ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  14. chopped tomato 2

Instructions

  1. first we take gram flour in a bowl
  2. add salt according to taste pinch of turmeric powder and heeng
  3. add 1/4tsp sabut dhaniya and red chilli powder
  4. add malai curd and1tbsp oil
  5. mix alltogether with small water and forms a thick dough
  6. take small bolls and these balls forms a long cylindrical bolls
  7. Now boil these balls in 2 cups of water , in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  8. Now strain the balls and chop them into pieces.
  9. then for gravy we take cooker on the flame
  10. add 2 tbsp oil ,add chopped onion and 1/4tsp deggi mirch, saute for 5 minutes.
  11. Then add ginger garlic and tomato paste
  12. add salt, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder ,and dhaniya powder. close the lid and cook for two whistles.
  13. Now open the lid and cook until the masala leaves oil.
  14. then add remaining water from the boiled balls water and then add the cooked balls.
  15. close the lid and cook for 2 whistles, and then turn off the gas.
  16. garnish with green corriander and dish is ready to be served.
