A mix and match blend of elaneer, coconut milk and milk gives a richness in texture and culinary touch of grandma

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Elaneer/Palm water - 2 or 3
  2. Coconut milk- 1/2 cup
  3. Milk- 1/2 cup
  4. Condensed milk - 250gm
  5. Scraped Malai from coconut


  1. Boil milk for 20minutes till it gets thick
  2. Add condensed milk and boil for some more minutes till it reaches rabri consistency
  3. Cool down for sometime
  4. Grind coconut pieces with ice cubes . You will get thick coconut milk and kept it in Refrigerator
  5. Get ready with palm water(elaneer) and add scraped malai into it
  6. Its time for Assembling Assembling: Take out the chilled coconut milk and give a good stir Add milk rabri to it Beat for a while and it gets mixed well Finally add elaneer mix into it and refrigerate for an hour for better chillness. Pour it in coconut shell and serve chilled:blush:
