This recipe is very easy to prepare and makes for a nice monsoon snack with the evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maize flour/Makka atta 1/2cup
  2. Pearl millet flour/Bajra atta 1/2cup
  3. Boiled potato 2nos mashed
  4. Ginger chilly paste 2tsp
  5. Rawa/bread crumb 2tsp or as needed
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients to make a dough with little water if needed.
  2. Give any shape as you wish and deep fry in medium heat until crisp.
  3. Serve hot.
