Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer cover - 1 bowl boiled and mashed potato
  2. 1 bowl boiled and mashed black chana
  3. 2 spoon cournflour
  4. 3 spoon bread crumbs
  5. 2-3 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 spoon grated ginger
  7. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 Maggie masala
  9. 1/4 spoon chat masala
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  12. For stuffing - 1/2 bowl hung curd
  13. 2 spoon grated cheese
  14. 1/4 spn chat masala
  15. 1 cup bread crumbs for coating
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned under outer covering and make a dough.
  2. Take a plate and put hung curd, grated cheese and chat masala than mix it well.
  3. Take a small portion of dough and flatten it.place some stuffing on it and give shape of kabab.
  4. Coated with bread crumbs all kababs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry kababs till golden brown in colour.
