ABOUT Crispy Soya paneer tikki RECIPE

This is a healthy recipe of protien full of power pack.for adding crunch and crispness i roll them in aaloo bhujiya and fry.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup paneer
  2. 1 cup soaked soya granuals
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp chop ginger
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. 1/2 tsp amchur ppowder
  11. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. For slurry---
  14. 1 tbsp flour
  15. Pinch of salt
  16. Water as required
  17. 2 cup Aaloo bhujiya
  18. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate paneer
  2. Boil soaked soya granuals
  3. And make crumb of them
  4. Add all other ingredients and soya in paneer
  5. Now add spices
  6. And mix and mash all of them
  7. Now make tikkies
  8. Add flour and salt
  9. Take water and make a lumpfree slurry
  10. Take bhujiya in a plate
  11. Make tikkies of mixture
  12. Dip in slurry and roll in bhujiya
  13. Heat oil and fry them
  14. Serve these crunchy from our side and soft from inside tikkies
