Paneer soya chinese tikka

Ingredients to make Paneer soya chinese tikka

  • potatoes -2 medium sized
  • Chings manchow soup small pack -1
  • Fresh green garlic stem - 2 tsp finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Soya chunks -20 pieces soaked in water fir 1 hr
  • Shezwaan sauce - 2 tsp (you can adjust the quantity)
  • paneer 100gms small cubed
  • For better:-
  • gram flour :- 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilii powder 1/2 tsp
  • mango powder:- 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric Powder:- 1/4 tsp
  • curd 100 gms
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer soya chinese tikka

  1. For Chines potato balls:- Boil the potatoes . Grate or mash the potatoes.
  2. Add salt, chings manchow soup packet (raw) and fresh green stems of garlic ,
  3. Now mash the mixture with hand to mix grated boiled potatoes with all the ingredients till mixture get smooth texture.
  4. Greece your hand a make small balls with hands.
  5. Keep these balls aside in a plate
  6. Now take soya chunks soaked in water . squeeze the water with hands . Keep it in a plate with paneer cubes.
  7. add shezwaan sauce to soya chunks and paneer. You can adjust the amount of sauce used as per your taste.
  8. Better:- Take two table spoon of gram flour add ajwain salt ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, kasoori methi, mango powder (amchoor) , add curd in the mixture and whisk.
  9. Better is ready.
  10. How to proceed:- Now take tooth pick. Screw the soya chunk, paneer cube , and chines potato ball in a tooth pick. Likewise prepare all the tikkas.
  11. Now take each screwed tooth pick and dip in a gram flour batter.
  12. And deep fry. Serve hot with tomato ketchep.
