Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 4-5
  2. Plain flour 1.5cup
  3. Semolina 1 tbsp
  4. Fennel seeds 1 TSP
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Green chilli 2-3
  7. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  8. Sabji masala 1 tsp
  9. Corriander powder 1tsp
  10. Salt 1 Tbsp
  11. Black seeds 1 tsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Water 1 cup
  14. Turmeric powder 1 TSP
  15. Ginger garlic paste 1 TSP


  1. Take a bowl add plain flour, semolina, salt, black seed n 1 tbsp hot oil mix everything like crumble.
  2. Now take a pan add oil now add fennel seeds, chopped onion, green chilli n ginger garlic paste saute for 2 min.
  3. Now add cumin powder, corriander powder, amchur powder n turner powder mix well.
  4. Now add boiled mashed potatoes n saute for 2 min.let it cool.
  5. Now take small portion from dough n roll like small chapati.
  6. Cut into equal portions n stuff with potato in triangle shape.
  7. Now Der fry in low to medium flame for 5-10min.
