Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium apple chopped
  2. 1 medium capsicum chopped
  3. 1 medium tomato chopped
  4. 1 medium raw mango diced
  5. 1 medium carrot grated
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. 25 gm paneer grated
  9. 1 tbsp peanut and sesame powder
  10. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  11. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  12. Salt and sugar to taste
  13. 1 tsp sunflower oil


  1. In a mixing bowl add all the fruit and vegies. Add salt and sugar. Mix well
  2. Add grated paneer. Mix well. Add in the lime juice and vinegar.
  3. Add peanut and sesame powder. Mix well. Add 1 tsp oil. Toss well.
  4. Keep in fridge before serving.
  5. Serve cold
