Soya kofta curry is very tasty it can be serve with Rice or chapati

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 50 gram soya chunks
  2. 2boil potato
  3. 1 chopped green chilly
  4. Chpped coriander leaves
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1/2spoon chat masala
  7. 1/2spoon roasted cumin powder
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 3spoon cornflour
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For greavy ingredients
  12. 2 sliced onion
  13. 3chopped tomato
  14. 4to5clove garlic
  15. 1small piece of ginger
  16. 7pieces cashwnuts
  17. 1spoon melon seeds
  18. salt as per taste
  19. 1/4spoon red chilly powder
  20. 1/2spoon turmeric powder
  21. 1/2spoon coriander powder
  22. 1/2spoon cumin
  23. 2bay leaf
  24. 1clove
  25. 1small stick cinamon
  26. 2spoon oil
  27. 2spoon coriander leaves
  28. 1/4cup Fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Soak soya chunks into warm water for 5mintues and than strain and grind and make fine paste
  2. Take a bowl add soya paste boil and mashed potatoes , green chilly coriander leaves and cornflour
  3. Add salt chat masala roasted cumin powder and mix well and make a smooth dough
  4. Make oval shape kofta from dough and fry till golden brown at medium flame
  5. To remove the exces oil take out kofta in a tissue paper
  6. For greavy take a pan add 3spoon oil heat it add cumin bay leaf cinnamon and clove and cook for one minute
  7. Add sliced onion and cook for one mintues add garlic ginger cashwnuts and melon seeds and cook for two mintues
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for one minute
  9. Add salt , turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix
  10. Add 2cup water and cover with lid and cook for 6to7mintues as all ingredients becomes soft
  11. Let the masala cool and than grind the masala discard bay leaf before grinding
  12. After grind the masala strain it for smooth grevy
  13. Cook the greavy for 5to 6mintues and add 2spoon freah cream and mix well greavy is ready
  14. Take a plate place kofta add greavy granish with coriander leaves and freah cream
  15. Serve hot with chapati or rice
