Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Arbi 250 gms
  2. oil 1 tbsp
  3. For Spice powder
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp Sambar powder
  6. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Instructions

  1. ADD WATER AND SALT IN PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 250 GMS RINSED ARBI
  3. PRESSURE COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES AND ALLOW PRESSURE RELEASE NATURALLY
  4. COOKED ARBI READY
  5. REMOVE SKIN
  6. CHOP ARBI OF EQUAL SIZE
  7. FOR SPICE POWDER, ADD 1 TSP SALT
  8. ADD 1 TSP SAMBAR POWDER
  9. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  11. IN AN IRON TAWA, ADD 1 TBSP OIL
  12. ADD CHOPPED ARBI
  13. USE SKEWER AND FLIP ON BOTH SIDES TO ROAST
  14. TURN OFF FLAME AT THIS STAGE
  15. SPRINKLE SPICE POWDER
  16. TOSS MASALA WITH ROAST
  17. CLOSE WITH A LID AND REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  18. SPICY ARBI ROAST READY
