The marzipans and the creamy topping provide extra zeal to the already amazing fluffy chocolate cupcakes.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 6tbsp butter
  2. 85 g caster sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp vanila essence
  4. 1 egg
  5. 70 g plain flour
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 1 tap baking powder
  8. Marzipan :
  9. 1 cup almond podwer
  10. 1 cup icing sugar
  11. A pinch of red food color
  12. Half of egg white
  13. Topping :
  14. 4tbsp butter
  15. 70 g icing sugar
  16. 25 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. MARZIPAN : 1 CUP ALMOND POWDER, 1 CUP ICING SUGAR, RED FOOD COLOR, HALF EGG WHITE. DRINK GREEN TEA:grinning:
  2. MIX ALL OF THEM, NOT THE GREEN TEA:grinning:. AND MAKE A SOFT PLIABLE DOUGH.
  3. SPREAD THE DOUGH AND CUT THEM WIH OREFERRED COOKIE CUTTER SHAPES
  4. MAKE AS MANY SHAPES AS YOU WANT.
  5. ARRANGE THEM ON A PLATE AND KET DRY FOR 2-3 HOURS.
  6. PUT 6 TBSP BUTTER,85G CASTER SUGAR, 1 EGG, 1/2 TSP VANILA ESSENCE AND BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY.
  7. MIX 70GM PLAIN FLOUR, 1TBSP COCOA POWDER, 1TSP BAKING POWDER. ADD THIS INTO THE BUTTER MIXTURE.
  8. SCOOP THE BATTER INTO THE CUPCAKE MOULDS.
  9. BAKE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEG C FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BAKED WELL.
  10. TAKE DARK CHOCOLATE AND USING DPUBLE BOILER, MELT THEM.
  11. MIX 4 TBSP BUTTER, 70G ICING SUGAR INTOEPTED BUTTER AND MIX WELL.
  12. THE CUPCAKES HAVE COME OUT WELL. I CHECKED WITH A TOOTHPICK FOR ANY UNCOOKED TRACES OF THE BATTER.
  13. ARRANGE THEM ON A TRAY.
  14. APPLY THE DARK CHOCOLATE TOPPIG AND PLACE THE MARZIPAN SHAPES ON THEM.
