Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 3 tbsp fresh coriander
  4. 1/2 tsp black salt
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 /2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  9. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  10. 1)2 cup gram flour
  11. 1)2 cup water

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP BOILED, MASHED POTATOES, ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA & ROCK SALT
  2. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP CHAT MASALA, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 1/4 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER, MIX WELL
  4. PLACE 4 SMALL COTTAGE CHEESE SLICES ON A SLICE OF BROWN BREAD, SPREAD SOME READY POTATO MIX
  5. COVER WITH ANOTHER BREAD SLICE & PRESS DOWN FIRMLY
  6. TAKE 1/2 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI, 1/4 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER, 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES & 1/2 CUP WATER
  8. MIX WELL INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
  9. COAT THE STUFFED BREAD SANDWICH INTO THE BATTER, PLACE ON A HOT, OIL GREASED TAVA
  10. FLIP & COOK ON BOTH SIDES ON MEDIUM HEAT
  11. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  12. CUT INTO NEAT TRIANGLES, SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
