  1. Wild ripe mangoes 8-10
  2. Coconut gratings I cup
  3. Red / byadagi chilli 1 or more
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2 - 1 tsp
  6. Water 3/4 ltr
  7. Jaggery 1 lemon sized
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Curry leaves few
  10. Seasoning...
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chilli 1
  13. Cooking oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE TOP OF RIPE WILD MANGOES
  2. PEEL OFF THEM
  3. ADD WATER
  4. SQUEEZE AND REMOVE PEELS
  5. COCONUT GRATINGS I CUP, SALT TO TASTE, MUSTARD SEEDS 1/2 TSP, JAGGERY 1 LEMON SIZED
  6. RED CHILLI / BYADAGI CHILLI 1, TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP, WATER
  7. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GROUND COCONUT PASTE INTO SQUEEZED MANGOES
  9. ADD SEASONING AND MIX WELL, SERVE
