Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw Mango 2
  2. For Spice powder
  3. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 2 tsp methi
  5. 1/4 cup Mustard
  6. 1/4 cup Rock salt
  7. 1/4 cup Red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 cup Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. CUT RAW MANGO(AAVAKAI MANGO) TO EQUAL PIECES
  2. SUNDRY THE CUT MANGOES TO REMOVE MOISTURE CONTENT
  3. IN A BLENDER, ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD 2 TSP METHI
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP MUSTARD
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP ROCK SALT
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP RED CHILLI POWDER. BLEND TO FINE POWDER
  8. ADD MANGO PIECES AND SPICE POWDER GRADUALLY
  9. MARINATE MANGOES WITH SPICE POWDER
  10. ADD 1/4 CUP SESAME OIL
  11. MIX GENTLY
  12. TRANSFER TO GLASS CONTAINER
  13. COVER WITH A CLOTH AND THEN CLOSE WITH THE LID
  14. REST FOR 5 DAYS
  15. AFTER 5 DAYS PICKLE READY!!
  16. SERVE WITH RICE
