  1. half bowl chana dal
  2. 2-3 tomatoes
  3. to onion chop
  4. ginger garlic paste
  5. salt to taste
  6. half tablespoon chili powder
  7. half tablespoon Garam Masala
  8. half tablespoon kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. CUT ONIONS GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLI.TAKE SPICES SALT KASURI METHI RED CHILLI GARAM MASALA
  2. SOAK CHANA DAAL.
  3. ADD HEENG AND CUMIN SEEDS TILL SPLUTTER.
  4. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE IT.
  5. NOW ADD GINGER GARLIC AND TOMATOES
  6. ADD DRY SPICES MIX WELL
  7. NOW ADD CHANA DAAL.
  8. ADD WATER AND TAKE 4_5 VISSEL.
