  1. Pointed Gourds or Parval 1 cup sliced
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. Green chillies
  4. 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 cup Sunflower Oil
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 2 Table spoon corriander Powder
  8. 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 table spoon sugar
  10. Roasted cumin 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:POINTED GOURDS, CUMIN,CORRIANDER POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,ONION, GINGER-GARLICPST,CHILLY
  2. CUT POINTED GOURD INTO PIECES JUST LIKE V SHAPE MANNER.
  3. MARINATE POINTED GOURDS(PARVAL) WITH 1 TABLE SPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINS.
  4. HEAT SUNFLOWER OIL IN A PAN.
  5. FRY THE POINTED GOURDS (PARVAL) .
  6. AFTER FRYING THE PARVAL KEPT ASIDE.
  7. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN. MAKE THEM SPLUTTER.
  8. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CHILLIES.SPRINKLE SALT AND ADD 1 TABLE SPOON SUGAR.
  9. ADD 1 TEASPOON GINGER-GARLIC PASTE. STIRRED WELL.
  10. NOW ADD 1 TABLE SPOON TURMERIC POWDER, 2 TABLE SPOON CORRIANDER POWDER,SALT TO TASTE.MIX WELL FR 5 M
  11. ADD 1 CUP WATER.ADD FRIED PARVAL. ALLOW THIS TO BOIL FOR 10 MINS IN SLOW FLAME.
  12. NOW IT IS COMPLETELY DONE.
