Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice - 2 cups
  2. Lemons - 3
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Asfotedia a pinch
  5. Green chillies 5
  6. Red chillies 5
  7. Chana dal - 1 tbsp
  8. Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric - 1 1/2tsp
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
  12. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 TBSP OIL TO A SAUCE PAN
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND CUMIN 2 TBSP EACH OF URAD AND CHANA DAL
  3. LET IT SPLUTTER AND ROAST THE DALS A BIT .ADD 5 GREEN CHILLIES AND 5 RED CHILLIES ( BROKEN) ASAFOTEDIA
  4. COOK 2 CUPS RICE AND SPREAD IN A PLATE
  5. SPRINKLE 1 1/2 TSP TURMERIC ALL OVER
  6. SPRINKLE SALT FOR SEASONING
  7. ADD THE BAGHAR OR TEMPERING ALL OVER
  8. SQUEEZE 3 LEMONS
  9. MIX WITH A GENTLE HAND
  10. READY TO DIG IN!
