  1. chopped bottleguard 3 cups
  2. soaked chana dal half cup
  3. oil 1 tablespoon
  4. mustard seeds half teaspoon
  5. jeera half teaspoon
  6. garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. finely chopped onion 1
  8. Chopped coriander for Ganesha

Instructions

  1. FINELY CHOPPED BOTTLE GOURD 2-3 CUPS, SOAKED CHANA DAL 1/2 CUP, FINELY CHOPPED ONION 1, FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES 2-3, GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON AND REGULAR SPICES
  2. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL IN COOKER , SPLUTTER 1/2 TEASPOON EACH MUSTARD SEEDS AND JEERA. ADD GARLIC PASTE AND CHOPPED ONION
  3. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER 1 TEASPOON OF CHILLY POWDER 1 TEASPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER , SAUTE FOR SOME TIME
  4. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO AND SAUTE'
  5. SAUTE TILL OIL SEPARATES AND CHOPPED BOTTLE GOURD AND SOAKED CHANA DAL
  6. ADJUST SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL , CLOSE COOKER LID AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 1-2 WHISTLES
  7. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER AND CHANA DAL LAUKI IS READY TO SERVE
