Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. parwal 100 gms
  2. potatoes 2
  3. tomato 1 sliced
  4. bay leaf 1
  5. onion 2 sliced
  6. salt
  7. turmeric powder
  8. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. red chilli powder
  10. curry powder 1 tsp
  11. soaked chana 1/2 cup
  12. chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut Parwal in slanting pieces
  2. Keep all the ingredients
  3. Heat oil and bay leaf..add zeera and sliced onion
  4. Add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Add sliced tomatoes
  6. Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder
  7. Add the parwal and mix well
  8. Add soaked chana and boiled potatoes
  9. Mix everything well and cook it for 8-10 mins covered
  10. Add water
  11. Transfer this to a pressure cooker
  12. Cook for 1 whistle
  13. Add chopped coriander leaves
  14. Serve hot
