ABOUT Aaloo parwal bhujiya RECIPE

A bhujiya which is made with very less ingredients. It goes well with rice and dal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Parwal - 250 gms
  2. Potatoes - 2 small
  3. Green chilli - 1
  4. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
  5. Haldi - 1/4 tspn
  6. Chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
  7. Salt
  8. Crushed garlic - 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and green chilli. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add chopped potatoes and parwal together.
  3. Add haldi and mix well
  4. Cook on low flame by covering for 5 min.
  5. Remove lid, add salt, cook by stirring on low flame.
  6. Add crushed garlic (optional).
  7. After 10 min of cooking on low flame, add chilli powder.
  8. Check if the parwal and aaloo has become tender and cooked. Switch off the flame.
