Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Parwal- 250- gms
  2. Potato 🥔- 250- gms
  3. Onion- 2- pieces
  4. Garlic- 15- cloves
  5. Ginger- 2- inch
  6. Tomatoes- 3- pieces
  7. Green chillies- 5- pieces

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan.Add cut vegetables to the Pan To Roast For 5 min
  2. After 5minutes Take out the veggies in a plate.Then Chopped the onions.
  3. Grind the tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chillies to make a paste.And Put it in the Pan.Roast for 2minutes And add All The masalas..
  4. Stirring constantly until it is done.Add water if it is required if the masala is sticks to the Pan.
  5. After 15Minutes Masala Is Done Put the veggies to the masala.And Stir well.Add 11/2 Glass of water to make the Gravy.After 10 mitues it is done.
