This is rajasthani paratha with lot of ghee ,actually because of ghee it becomes soft ,its called chura paratha because after making it we crumble it with hands so friends do try this chura paratha

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour 2cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water to bind the dough
  4. Ghee 5-6tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. ADD 2CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR TO A BOWL
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OF GHEE
  4. ADD WATER
  5. BIND SOFT DOUGH
  6. CLOSE WITH LID AND GIVE REST OF 15 MINUTES
  7. TAKE SMALL PORTION AND ROLL IT
  8. ROLL ROTI
  9. APPLY GHEE OVER IT AND SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR
  10. MAKE A ROLL AND MAKE A BALL SHAPE
  11. ROLL AGAIN
  12. CUT WITH SHARP KNIFE WITH DISTANCE OF 1CM
  13. GATHER ALL STRIPS AND GIVE A TWIST
  14. MAKE BALL AND ROLL IT AGAIN
  15. FLIP ON HOT TAWA
  16. FLIP ONCE
  17. DRIZZLE GHEE OVER ONE SIDE AND FLIP
  18. PRESS IT LITTLE
  19. REMOVE IN A PLATE
  20. APPLY GHEE ON PARATHA AND CRUMBLE WITH HANDS CHURA PARATHAS ARE READY TO EAT
