  1. Jowar 1 cup
  2. Rice 2 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Mangalore cucumber peeled and chopped 2 cup
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Water 1/2 cup
  7. Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  8. Coconut gratings 1 cup

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED MANGALORE CUCUMBER 2 CUP
  2. ONION 1 CUP
  3. OVERNIGHT SOAKED JOWAR
  4. OVERNIGHT SOAKED RICE
  5. GRATED COCONUT
  6. ADD SALT AND JEERA
  7. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL, ADD SOME WATER
  9. GREASE SLIGHTLY HEATED TAVA
  10. ADD LADLE FULL OF BATTER, SPREAD EVENLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. OPEN THE LID, DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  12. REMOVE AND SERVE, IF ESSENTIAL FLIP AND COOK FOR A MINUTE, REMOVE AND SERVE
