Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup capsicum
  2. half cup paneer cubes
  3. half the potato
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. wine shop tomato
  6. 2 tablespoons oil
  7. half teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. half teaspoon garam masala powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. salt to taste
  11. fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND ADD1 CHOPPED ONION
  2. SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  4. SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES AND ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND SAUTE
  5. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP POTATO
  6. ADD 1 CUP CAPSICUM AND 1/2 CUP PANEER CUBES
  7. MIX AND COOK COVERED ON LOW HEAT
  8. VEGGIES ARE DONE, ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER AND MIX GENTLY
  9. SPRINKLE FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
