  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 70 grams chopped chocolate
  4. 1/4 cup strong coffee
  5. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  6. 2 eggs at room temperature
  7. 1/4 cup cocoa powder+ additional for dusting
  8. 100g soft unsalted butter
  9. 3/4 cup +2 tbsp sugar
  10. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  12. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  13. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  14. For Glaze
  15. 140g chopped chocolate
  16. 3/4 cup heavy cream
  17. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. GREASE BUNDT PAN AND DUST WITH COCOA POWDER, SHAKE EXCESS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 160
  2. SIEVE FLOUR BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. ADD COCOA POWDER AND CHOPPED CHOCOLATE IN A BOWL
  4. HEAT CREAM AND COFFEE IN A BOWL
  5. ADD COFFEE MIX TO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
  6. REST FOR 1 MINUTE
  7. ADD VANILLA ESSENCE AND MIX WELL
  8. BLEND SUGAR AND BUTTER FOR 4 MINUTES UNTIL CREAMY
  9. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY
  10. ADD HALF CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AND 1/2 DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL
  11. ADD REMAINING DRY INGREDIENTS AND CHOCOLATE MIXTURE. BLEND UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  12. POUR BATTER TO BUNDT PAN AND TAP TO LEVEL
  13. BAKE FOR 50-60 MINUTES UNTIL DONE
  14. COOL CAKE IN PAN FOR 25 MINUTES
  15. DEMOULD AND COOL CAKE ON WIRE RACK COMPLETELY
  16. HEAT CREAM UNTIL IT JUST STARTS BUBBLING
  17. ADD CREAM TO CHOPPED CHOCOLATE AND STAND FOR A MINUTE
  18. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND MIX UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED
  19. POUR THE GLAZE OVER THE CAKE
  20. REST FOR 5-10 MINUTES. YOU CAN ADD MORE CHOCOLATE GLAZE IF REQUIRED
  21. SLICE AND SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
