ABOUT Kheema Masaala Omlette RECIPE

One of the most favourite out of omlettes ,loved by my family.A saviour wen there is less kheema the eggs play the trick of getting this to suffice.With a seasone chicken kheema with pieces of potat cooked in it give this omlette all the taste.Dont worry if you dont have any kheema on hand just cook some basuc masalas and mix into eggs ,you're done.The onions added and corriander dure add to the taste.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup ready chicken kheema masaala
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1tbspn corriander
  5. Salt to manage as kheema masala has salt too
  6. Pepper sprinkle
  7. 1tblspn Oil
  8. 1tblspn tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. 1/2 BOWL KHEEMAPOTATO MASALA,2 EGGS,SOME CUT ONION CORRIANDER,1TBLSPN OIL,1/2TSP PEPPER
  2. BREAK EGGS IN A BOWL,SPRINKLE PEPPER AND START BEATING EGGS
  3. ADD KHEEMA MASHING IT WELL TO THE BEATEN EGGS
  4. ADD A TBLSPOON FULL OF ONION AND CORRIANDER CHOPPED TO THE BEATEN EGG KHEEMA MIXTURE
  5. MIX MASH BEAT WELL TO A BATTER CONSISTENCY
  6. HEAT A GRIDDLE , DRIZZLE ABOUT 1TBLSPN OIL,AND SLOWLY POUR OUT KHEEMA EGG BATTER
  7. TILT THE GRIDDLE ALL AROUND SPREADING THE BATTER WELL ALL OVER
  8. LET THE KHEEMA EGG OMLETTE COOK ON SLOW FOR 2 MINUTES,COVER TOP TO LET STEAM SET COOK
  9. CAREFULLY TURN UPSIDE DOWN TO PREVENT BREAKING,PRESS ON SOFTLY TO GET THE OTHER SIDE TO COOK WELL
  10. TAKE OFF ON A PLATE AND SPRINKLE SOME GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE THOUGH ITS A CHOICE
  11. FOLD AND CUT INTO HALVE FORMING TRIANGLES
  12. TURN SIDE OF THE OMLETTE GETTING THE CHEESE SPRINKLED SIDE UP, ADDING TOMATO KETCHUP ON SIDE
  13. GARNISH WITH MICRO GREENS SERVE HOT WITH LUNCH DINNER BRUNCH ALONGWITH BREADS,ROLLS OR ROTIS
