Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Soaked rice 2 cup
  3. pineapple juice 1 1/2 cup
  4. jaggery 1 lemon sized
  5. salt to taste
  6. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE PEEL AND CHOP PINEAPPLE INTO SMALL PIECES
  2. STRAIN PINEAPPLE JUICE
  3. STORE IN AIRTIGHT JAR IN REFRIGERATOR
  4. OATS 1 CUP, 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE 2 CUP
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND PINEAPPLE JUICE 1 1/2 CUP
  6. ADD LEMON SIZED JAGGERY AND GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  7. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL AND ALLOW IT TO FERMENTATION FOR 6 HOURS
  8. CHECK THE FERMENTATION
  9. GREASE HOT TAWA, POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  10. OPEN THE LID AND SPRINKLE SOME OIL, FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER SIDE FOR 4 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  11. CHECK THE COOKNESS, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
