  1. Bhindi 250gms
  2. Onions 2big
  3. Mustard oil 2tbsp
  4. Dry spice powder for filling
  5. Dhania powder 2tsp
  6. Amchur powder 1tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. Jeera powder 1tsp
  9. Saunf powder 1tsp
  10. garam masala powder 1tsp
  11. Chaat masala powder 1tsp
  12. haldi 1tsp
  13. Salt 1 /2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. WASH AND DRY 250GMS LADYFINGER. CUT THE LADYFINGER AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO
  3. SLIT FROM THE MIDDLE
  4. MIX ALL THE SPICES ON THE PLATE
  5. FILL INSIDE LADYFINGER
  6. CUT 2ONIONS IN BIG CUBES
  7. NOW COAT ONIONS TOO WITH THE POWDER
  8. HEAT 2TBSP MUSTARD OIL ON A TAWA AND PUT ALL THE COATED LADY FINGERS AND ONIONS
  9. COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL THE VEGGIE IS COOKED
