Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 whole fish
  2. 1/2 Lemon juice
  3. Gg paste 2 tbsp
  4. CHUTNEY
  5. Handful of coriander leaves
  6. Few mint leaves
  7. 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. MAKE SLITS ON CLEAN AND WASHED FISH
  2. APPLY 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. APPLY GG PASTE IN ALL THE SLITS
  4. ADD JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
  5. GRIND HANDFUL DHANIA,FEW MINT LEAVES,3TBSP SESAME SEEDS,SALT,LEMON JUICE,1/2TSP SUGAR,2TBSPCOCONUT
  6. APPLY THE CHUTNEY TO THE FISH
  7. COAT IT WELL AND APPLY IN ALL THE SLITS AND OPENINGS
  8. SEAL THE FOIL AND LET IT MARINATE FOR 4 HRS
  9. THIS IS OUR WELL MARINATED FISH
  10. IN A PAN ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER
  11. ONCE THE WATER STARTS TO BUBBLE PUT THE FISH(WITH THE FOIL)
  12. COVER AND LET IT STEAM
  13. GENTLY TURN THE FISH TO STEAM THE OTHER SIDE TOO
  14. OUR HEALTHY STEAMED FISH IS READY(STEAM FOR JUST 5 MINS ON EACH SIDE)
