  9. Gingelly oil
  10. Mustard seed
  11. Fenugreek

Instructions

  1. TAKE FISH IN A VESSEL, ADD SALT AND TAMARIND PULP AND SOAK IT FOR 10MINS
  2. IN A BOWL ADD ONION, TOMATO, 1CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES AND CRUSH IT WELL WITH YOUR FINGERS, THIS METHOD ONLY GIVES GOOD TASTE
  3. ADD CRUSHED THINGS TO FISH
  4. NEXT ADD 3-4TBLSPN CURRY MASALA (KULAMBU MASALA) AND MIX
  5. PLACE IT IN STOVE AND COOK FOR 10MINS
  6. WHEN CURRY BECOMES THICK ADD 1/4CUP COCONUT MILK AND COOK FOR 5MINS
  7. CRUSH GARLIC, CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES WITH THE HELP OF MORTAR
  8. CRUSH LIKE THIS
  9. HEAT A PAN ADD GINGELLY OIL FOR TEMPERING
  10. ADD ONE SPOON MUSTARD SEED, FENUGREEK
  11. ADD CHOPPED 2SMALL ONION AND FRY IT
  12. WHEN ONION CHANGE TO GOLDEN BROWN COLOR ADD CRUSHED GARLIC AND FRY
  13. NEXT PLACE THE FISH CURRY IN STOVE AND ADD TEMPERING THINGS AND COOK FOR 2MINS AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
