Instructions

  1. BREAK EGG IN A BOWL
  2. TAKE EGG WHITE AND EGG YOLK IN SEPARATE BOWL
  3. IN A WHITE EGG ADD HALF CARROT AND BEANS
  4. HALF ONION AND HALF CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. ADD 1SPN PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE,
  6. ADD 2SPN MILK AND BEAT TILL FROTHY
  7. ADD REMAINING VEGGIES TO EGG YOLK
  8. ADD SALT, CHILLI POWDER ND PEPPER POWDER
  9. BEAT WELL
  10. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL AND HEAT IT
  11. ADD EGG WHITE MIXTURE LITTLE BY LITTLE
  12. WHEN IT COOKED ADD ANOTHER BATCH
  13. NEXT ADD YELLOW EGG LITTLE BY LITTLE
  14. FINALLY MIX WELL EVERYTHING
