  1. 1cup jowar flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5. 1/2tsp coriander powder
  6. 1/2 chopped onion
  7. 1 small cucumber ( grated)
  8. 2 tbsp curd
  9. water required to make the batter
  10. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 1CUP JOWAR ATTA, 1/2 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 2 TBSP CURD
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILI
  4. ADD HALF CHOPPED ONION
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD WATER AND MIX
  7. MAKE A BATTER
  8. IN A PAN.. ADD 1/2 TSP OIL AND SPREAD...PUT THE BATTER
  9. FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE
  10. COOK BOTH SIDES
  11. IT'S READY
