  1. Bottlegourd chunks 2 cup
  2. Sprouted green gram 1 cup
  3. Coconut gratings 2 cup
  4. Water
  5. Jaggery syrup 1 1/2 cup
  6. Wheat flour 1 cup
  7. Cow's milk 2 cup
  8. Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. CUT AND REMOVE TOP AND BOTTOM OF TENDER BOTTLEGOURD, CUT INTO HALVES
  2. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. ADD CHOPPED BOTTLEGOURD, SPROUTED GREEN GRAM, SOME WATER IN COOKER, BRING IT ONE WHISTLE
  4. DRY FRY WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP UNTIL GOOD AROMA
  5. TAKE OFF FLAME, ADD MILK 2 CUP
  6. MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  7. ADD WHEAT FLOUR MIXED MILK INTO COOKED BOTTLEGOURD AND SPROUTED GREEN GRAM
  8. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP AND BRING IT TO BOIL IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME BY STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  9. GRIND COCONUT BY ADDING SUFFICIENT WATER
  10. SQUEEZE THE MILK BY ADDING SOME WATER, KEEP ASIDE
  11. ADD COCONUT MILK 2 CUP
  12. WHEN BOILING FINELY TAKE OFF FLAME
  13. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND MIX WELL BEFORE SERVE
