ABOUT Maggi Pazzta Salad RECIPE

Generally we eat normal salads try this maggi pazzta salad , were we have boiled pazzta and used tastemaker in dressing , I have used lots veges here like red yellow bell peppers , cherry tomatoes ,zuccini , broccoli , added some black olives and curd in dressing friends do try this yum salad which I have served with garlic bread

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet maggi pazzta
  2. 1/2 Cup yellow diced bell pepper
  3. 1/2Cup red bell pepper
  4. 1/2cup zuchinni diced
  5. 1/2 Cup broccoli
  6. 2black olives
  7. 5-6Redand yellow cherry tomatoes
  8. Some lettuce leaves
  9. Some basil
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 Cup thick curd
  12. 1 Tsp oregano
  13. 1Tsp chilly flakes
  14. 2Tsp of olive oil
  15. 1/2 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. OPEN 1 MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA PACKET, REMOVE THE TASTEMAKER, ADD PAZZTA TO A PAN
  2. ADD 2 CUPS WATER TO THE PAN, KEEP TO BOIL
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF SALT & OLIVE OIL, COOK FOR 7-8 MINS ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  4. SIEVE THE BOILED PAZZTA, ADD 1/2 TSP OIL, MIX
  5. ADD THE BOILED PAZZTA TO A MIXING BOWL, ADD 5-6 EACH OF HALVED RED & YELLOW CHERRY TOMATOES
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF DICED RED BELL PEPPER, ZUCCHINI & YELLOW BELL PEPPER
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF LIGHTLY STEAMED BROCCOLI FLORETS & BLACK OLIVES
  8. ADD A HANDFUL OF FRESH LETTUCE & BASIL LEAVES
  9. FOR THE DRESSING : TAKE 1 TSP OLIVE OIL, ADD THE PAZZTA TASTEMAKER
  10. WHISK LIGHTLY
  11. ADD 2 TSP WATER, MIX
  12. MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS
  13. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI FLAKES & OREGANO, 1/2 CUP CURD, THE JUICE OF HALF A LEMON, WHISK
  14. ADD SALT, WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH
  15. ADD THE DRESSING TO THE PAZZTA & VEGGIE MIX
  16. TOSS THE SALAD
  17. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
  18. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
