We have to take rice and pour water to quantity before it and after day the rice should be dried and grind the rice till soft.now take 2 kgs of jagary and pour water and on the stove by mixing jaggery till sticky ,now take one coconut and cut pieces and grind coconut .now take this coconut and mix it with jaggery .now slowlly add rice flour to jaggery without any lumps and mix it .now add ghee and mix will well .now off the stove and take it jageery and make it balls by adding ghee .now take another pan and add oil let the oil heat now fry this borellu in oil till golden brown and take all and serve with hot it is very tasty .
