Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach - 250 gms
  2. Potatoes - 2
  3. Red chilli - 1
  4. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
  5. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  6. Chilli powder -1/2 tspn
  7. Rock salt
  8. Oil/ghee

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 1 RED CHILLI
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED POTATOES, SAUTE THEM ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINS
  3. SEASON WITH 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & RED CHILLI POWDERS, SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, SAUTE UNTIL THEY TURN SOFT
  5. ADD 250 GMS CHOPPED SPINACH, MIX WELL
  6. COVER & COOK ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SOFT
  7. ONCE DONE, SERVE HOT WITH ROTI / PARANTHA / DAL-RICE
