Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. A bowl of chopped capsicum ( green, red, yellow )
  2. A bowl of spring onions
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp
  5. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  6. 2 tbsp roasted onions
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 CUP SHREDDED TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS + ONIONS + CABBAGE
  2. ADD SALT, SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINS
  3. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE
  4. ADD 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  5. SPRINKLE 1 TBSP FRIED ONIONS
  6. ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC POWDER, MIX
  7. ADD 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS, MIX & SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
  8. ADD 2 CUPS COOKED BASMATI RICE
  9. MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  10. THE SCHEZWAN RICE IS READY, SERVE HOT
