Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half cup natural peanut butter
  2. 2 cups of whole oats
  3. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder
  4. 1/4 tsp of salt
  5. 1/4 th cup of honey
  6. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1/4 cup of mix seeds
  8. 1/4 th cup of mixed nuts
  9. 1/4th cup of dried blueberries
  10. tin lined with parchment paper

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/4 CUP SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER TO A NONSTICK PAN, ALLOW IT TO MELT, TAKE OFF HEAT
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP HONEY, 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD 2 CUPS OATS
  5. ADD A PINCH EACH OF SALT & CINNAMON POWDER
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF MIXED NUTS & DRIED BLUEBERRIES
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF PUMPKIN, MELON & PINE NUT SEEDS
  8. ADD THE MELTED PEANUT BUTTER MIX
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD THE MIXTURE TO A BAKING PAN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  11. PRESS DOWN TO LEVEL IT
  12. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 120 DEGREES FOR 15 MINS
  13. ALLOW IT TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE REMOVING IT FROM THE TIN
  14. CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES
  15. WRAP IN PARCHMENT PAPER & TIE A STRING
  16. SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA BARS ARE READY TO EAT, TRY THEM, THEY'RE HEALTHY & YUM
