This is potato curry to be served with some parathas on the side, an easy and quick recipe to make.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Onion [sliced] - 2
  2. Potato [diced] - 1
  3. Tomatoes [chopped] - 2
  4. Garlic [chopped] - 2
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli [chopped] - 2
  8. Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. refined oil


  1. These are chopped and sliced ingredients for the recipe.
  2. Heat some oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic and let them smell.
  3. Now add the sliced onion and diced potatoes. Give it a mix.
  4. These are chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
  5. Now add the tomatoes and chillies to cooking curry. mix well and let everything get cooked.
  6. These are the powdered masalas.
  7. Add the masalas and the salt to the curry, mix everything and cook till done.
  8. Serve hot with some parathas.
