  1. Roasted channa dal/ Pottukadalai 1 cup
  2. Powdered jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Cardamon 4
  4. ghee 2 TBSP
  5. Cashew 5-6
  6. Badam 5-6

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP OF ROASTED CHANNA DAL
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP OF POWDERED JAGGERY AND CARDAMON TO MIXIE JAR
  3. MAKE A FINE POWDER.
  4. ADD 2 TBSP GHEE AND ADD NUTS FOR SEASONING
  5. ADD THE SEASONING TO MIXTURE AND MAKE SMALL LADDOOS
  6. STORE IT IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
