Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 medium sized potatoes
  2. 2 cups Beaten curd
  3. oil for Deep frying
  4. 1/2 tpsn ginger
  5. 1/2 tpsn green chilly
  6. Dry fruits
  7. coriander

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR INTO 2 BOILED & GRATED POTATOES
  2. ADD ROCK SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, MIX & SHAPE INTO A DOUGH, KEEP ASIDE
  3. MIX 1/2 GREEN, 1 TBSP GINGER & 1 TBSP CORIANDER FOR THE FILLING
  4. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF PREPARED DOUGH, FLATTEN THEM OUT ON A GREASED PLASTIC SHEET, SPREAD THE FILLING IN THE CENTRE
  5. CLOSED & SHAPE INTO A GUJIYA
  6. DEEP FRY THE GUJIYAS TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. DRAIN EXCESS OIL, KEEP ASIDE TO COOL
  8. ADD ROCK SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE INTO 2 CUPS WHIPPED CURD
  9. ARRANGE GUJIYAS IN A SERVING DISH, TOP WITH THE CURD & GREEN CHUTNEY, SERVE CHILLED
